The grade five and six students have been exploring color theory. They looked at the three major groups of color; primary, secondary and tertiary colors. In addition we have been discussing important color combinations such as: complimentary and analogous colors. They used liquid tempera to create color wheels using only the three primary colors to mix all of their secondary and tertiary colors.
